How To Order

Here are brief instructions explaining how to place an order online at our secure website:

• From the Store Front or the Product List page, you will see a listing of our products that are available.
  
  
• Option 1: You can click on the product titles in the list to see the product description pages. Go to STEP 2 below.
  
  
• Option 2: Or if you know what you want, you can click to Buy One Now or Add to Cart directly from these pages. Buy One Now will put the product in your cart and begin the check out process. If you Add to Cart, you can then View Cart or Checkout by clicking those buttons from the top menu. Go to Step 5 below.
  
  
• When you find the product description page of product you want, click the Add to Shopping Cart button. You can then continue to add other products to your basket.
  
  
• At anytime, you can click View Cart (above) to see what is in your basket. You can remove products from your basket and you can change the quantities of products in your basket.
  
  
• When your basket has everything you need, click Checkout (above). Check your order one last time to verify the products and quantities you want.
  
  
• The checkout process will guide you to enter your shipping and billing information, then shipping and payment methods. After you enter payment information you can click the Submit Order button. That will show a confirmation page which displays your order number at the top. An email will automatically be sent to your email address within moments, showing your order information and order number.
  
  
• If you paid by credit card, your order will be sent to our warehouse for immediate processing after you click the Submit Order button. If you paid by any other method, an email will be immediately sent to you with instructions explaining how to send payment to us.
