We do not collect personal information on anyone younger than 13 years old. Therefore, you must be 13 years of age or older to make any purchase from the Store. If you are at least 13 years of age but under the age of 18 and you would like to make a purchase from the Store or otherwise use the Store, you may do so only with the involvement of your parent or guardian who must accept these Terms of Sale on your behalf.
The use of “you” or “your” in these Terms of Sale refers to either (a) you as the actual person using the Store and making purchases, or (b) you as the parent or guardian of someone under the age of 18 years old, but at least 13 years old, who is using the Store, where you are making any purchases for that person who is using the Store.

How to Pay
Seller accepts MasterCard, Visa and American Express credit cards. Your credit card will be charged at checkout. We may require the credit card security code in order to process your purchases to protect against fraud. The security code is an individual three-digit or four-digit number specific to your card that may be printed on the face of your card above the embossed account number (if American Express) or near your signature on the back of your card (if MasterCard or Visa).
Seller is very sensitive to your concerns regarding the security of using your credit cards to purchase products over the Internet. Safeguarding your privacy and confidentiality is of the utmost importance to us. The Store uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) for financial transactions, which encrypts your data while it is being transferred over the Internet.
In addition to the price of your purchases, Seller will charge you sales tax in states in which it is required to do so. The amount of sales tax (if any) will be calculated on taxable product and displayed during the checkout process before you confirm your purchase. It also will be included on your order confirmation.
Shortly after you complete your order, you should receive an order confirmation by e-mail, which will include your order confirmation number, your total order price (including any applicable sales tax and shipping and handling charges) and, if applicable, estimated shipment and arrival dates. Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products in any order and/or reject any order in its entirety for any reason.
Processing an Order
The estimated shipment date on your order confirmation is based on product availability, payment processing time and warehouse processing time. The estimated shipment date does not include transit time. Upon shipment of your order, you should receive a shipment notification by e-mail and, if available, tracking information. We will begin processing orders received over the weekend or on holidays on the following business day.
How to Change Your Order
We will make every effort to process your order quickly. If you find that you have made an incorrect order for physical products, please notify us immediately at https://fret12.supportsystem.com/ . If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to change it for you. However, if we are unable to do so, you may wish to refer below to our Returns Policy.
Digital Downloads - Additional Terms
When you buy a song, an album, a video or other product by digital download, you are entitled to download it once. If you want to download it again, you must purchase it again.
You should ensure that your computer meets the minimum technical requirements set forth on the Website before purchasing a digital download. You may be required to install third party software to access some or all of the products or services available from the Store. You are responsible for ensuring that the software functions correctly with the relevant product or service. Additional terms and conditions provided by the software supplier may apply to your use of the software.
When you place an order, shipping costs and estimated shipping and arrival dates are displayed prior to final confirmation of your order. Shipping dates and shipping costs will depend upon a variety of factors, including the particular product(s) ordered, the availability of the product(s), and the shipping method and option you choose. You will receive a shipment notification e-mail for each order with tracking information, if available.

Advanced pre-release ordering may be available for select products. These products will be identified as products available for pre-release ordering. These products will not be delivered before the release date specified. Advance order release dates are subject to change without notice. Occasionally, certain products offered on a pre-order basis may not be available before or after you place your order due to unforeseen circumstances. In such event, you will be given a full refund for any such pre-ordered product.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase of apparel, CDs, DVDs or vinyl records, these items may be returned with their original packaging and in their original condition for refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt by following the Returns and Exchange Instructions below. Apparel items must be unopened and unworn with their tags intact. CDs, DVDs, vinyl records and other music products must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap. Certain other product-specific restrictions may apply, which will be displayed prior to completion of your order of the applicable product.
Unless you are returning Defective Items, original shipping and handling charges are not refundable and you will be responsible for all costs associated with return shipment. Please read our entire Returns Policy and Returns and Exchange Instructions below for further details and policy exceptions.
All Other Sales Are Final
Unless otherwise indicated herein or otherwise displayed prior to completion of your order of the applicable product, and except for Defective Items, sales of all other products are final, including, but not limited to digital downloads, guitars, amps, guitar accessories, print-on-demand products and other customized products.
Please note that some products may have special returns policies with product-specific terms, including items purchased from third-parties through the Store. All such additional or different product-specific terms will be displayed prior to completion of your order for the applicable product(s).
If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please return the product within 30 days of receipt and otherwise follow the Returns and Exchange Instructions below. We will gladly replace the merchandise without additional charge or, at our option, provide you with a full refund.
For items that are sold as part of a bundle set, we are unable to accept partial returns of the items in the bundle at this time, except in the case of a Defective Item. If you wish to make a return of a damaged or defective product, such items must be returned in accordance with the Returns Policy and Returns and Exchange Instructions outlined herein.
Returns and Exchange Instructions
All returns must be approved by Customer Service. If you would like to return a product, please send us an e-mail by clicking on https://fret12.supportsystem.com/. Please include the following information in your e-mail:
Your order confirmation number
Your e-mail address
Your phone number
Product # or name
What you are returning and why
If your return request is authorized by Customer Service, you will be issued a return authorization number. All returns must display the return authorization number on the outside of each box, along with the customer's return address. Returns received at our facility without an authorization will be refused on delivery.
Once you receive a return authorization number, please complete the return label, including your return authorization number. Returns cannot be accepted without a return authorization number. Enclose merchandise and this completed form in a sturdy package (the original package is preferred). Enclose the original packing slip/invoice in the package. Affix the return label to the outside of the package and send it to the address pre-printed on the return label.
Upon receipt of items properly returned to our facility in accordance with these instructions, you should receive confirmation of receipt by e-mail.
Please note that you will be responsible for the loss or damage in transit of any products you return. Seller therefore recommends that for all returns you (a) use a mail service or other carrier that offers tracking and (b) insure your package and declare the full value of the shipment in the case of loss or damage in transit.
No COD returns will be accepted.
Tickets – Additional Terms
In General. Seller sells tickets on behalf of those who provide events, such as venues, artist representatives, fan clubs, promoters and leagues (“Event Providers”), which means that we do not set the ticket prices or determine seating locations. Tickets purchased from Seller are typically subject to a per ticket service fee and a non-refundable per order processing fee. In many cases, delivery prices will also be owed. You may be able, in some instances, to purchase tickets directly from the venue box office without paying our service fee.
Opening Acts/Festival Acts. Opening acts, as well as festival performers, are subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice. No refund will be owed if an opening act or festival performer is changed or canceled.
Canceled and Rescheduled Events. Occasionally, concerts are canceled or postponed. Should this occur, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of refund or exchange procedures for that concert. For exact instructions on any canceled or postponed concert, please check the concert information online or contact us. If an event is canceled, and you purchased your ticket through Seller, we will automatically issue you a refund to the credit card or debit card that you used to purchase that ticket. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the Event Provider may set refund limitations. Please contact us for more information or to request a refund if you cannot attend the rescheduled event. If we issue you a refund for a ticket due to a canceled or postponed event, we will issue a refund of the ticket’s face value paid (or, for a discounted ticket, then instead the discounted ticket price paid) and all service fees. We will not be liable for travel or any other expenses that you or anyone else incurs in connection with a canceled or postponed event.
Refunds and Exchanges. Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and seat selection. Policies set forth by Event Providers generally prohibit us from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. You agree that you will not attempt to evade, avoid, or circumvent any refund prohibitions in any manner with regard to tickets you purchased. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you will not contact us to seek a refund or exchange from us when we are prohibited from providing one by the Event Providers, and you will not dispute or otherwise seek a “chargeback” from the company whose credit card you used to purchase tickets from the Website. In addition, we may occasionally offer tickets at a discount after the original on-sale date and will not refund the difference between the original price and the sale price.
Pricing and Other Errors. If the amount you pay for a ticket is incorrect regardless of whether because of an error in a price posted on the Website or otherwise communicated to you, or you are able to order a ticket before its scheduled on-sale or presale date or you are able to order a ticket that was not supposed to have been released for sale, then we will have the right to cancel that ticket (or the order for that ticket) and refund to you the amount that you paid. This will apply regardless of whether because of human error or any other transactional malfunction of this Website or other operated system.
Limitation of Liability. You voluntarily assume all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring before, during or after the event, and you waive any claims for personal injury or death against us, management, facilities, leagues, artists, other participants, and all of our respective parents, affiliated entities, agents, officers, directors, owners and employees on behalf of yourself and any accompanying minor. You bear all risks of inclement weather. Event date and time are subject to change.
Unlawful Resale of Tickets; Promotions. Unlawful resale (or attempted resale), counterfeit or copy of tickets is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. Certain maximum resale premiums and restrictions may apply in some states and we cannot be responsible for providing legal advice regarding resale or pricing of tickets. You are responsible for complying with all applicable ticket resale laws. In addition, we reserve the right to restrict or deny ticket purchasing privileges to anyone that we determine to be, or has been, in violation of our policies. Tickets may not be used for advertising, promotions, contests or sweepstakes, unless formal written authorization is given by us, provided that even if such consent is obtained, any use of our trademarks and other intellectual property is subject to our written consent.
Other Terms and Conditions
Products/Prices/Cancellations. We reserve the right to change any products or services offered at the Store at any time. We also reserve the right to change the prices for any such products or services at any time. Products may be purchased while supplies last. Our creation or transmission of an order confirmation does not signify acceptance of your order, nor constitute a binding confirmation of an offer to sell any product and we reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason up until the time the product is actually delivered to you. An order can be cancelled for various reasons. In every instance, we make every effort to communicate with you prior to cancelling the order. We have no responsibility or liability whatsoever for goods or services you may obtain from or through other websites or web pages. You agree that your sole and exclusive remedy and our sole, exclusive and maximum liability arising from or relating in any way to any product shall be the amount you actually paid us for it. ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES PURCHASED ON OR THROUGH THIS SITE ARE SUBJECT ONLY TO ANY APPLICABLE WARRANTIES OF THEIR RESPECTIVE MANUFACTURES, DISTRIBUTORS AND SUPPLIERS, IF ANY. WE HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES LISTED OR PURCHASED ON OR THROUGH THIS SITE OR THE ACCURACY OF ANY PRODUCT DESCRIPTION. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, WE HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR PRODUCT DEFECT OR FAILURE CLAIMS THAT ARE DUE TO NORMAL WEAR, PRODUCT MISUSE, ABUSE, PRODUCT MODIFICATION, IMPROPER PRODUCT SELECTION, NON-COMPLIANCE WITH ANY CODES, OR MISAPPROPRIATION. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES TO THOSE DEFINED AS "CONSUMERS" IN THE MAGNUSON-MOSS WARRANTY-FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION IMPROVEMENTS ACT. THE FOREGOING EXCLUSIONS OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES DO NOT APPLY TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY LAW. PLEASE REFER TO YOUR LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY SUCH PROHIBITIONS.
Force Majuere. Seller shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside the reasonable control of Seller, including without limitation any failure to perform hereunder due to unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond Seller’s control such as acts of God, fire, flood, earthquake, accidents, strikes, war, terrorism, governmental act, failure of common carriers (including Internet service providers and web hosting providers), or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor or materials.
Choice of Law/Forum. These Terms of Sale shall be governed by, and will be construed under, the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to choice of law principles. Those who choose to access the Website and purchase products from locations outside of the United States do so on their own initiative, and are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent local laws are applicable. You irrevocably agree to the exclusive jurisdiction by the federal and state courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, to settle any dispute which may arise out of, under, or in connection with these Terms of Sale. YOU AGREE THAT NO CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT OR YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE MAY BE BROUGHT AS A CLASS ACTION.
Miscellaneous. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. Headings are for reference purposes only and in no way define, limit, construe or describe the scope or extent of such section. Seller’s failure to act with respect to any failure by you or others to comply with this Agreement does not waive Seller’s right to act with respect to subsequent or similar failures. This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding and agreement between you and Seller with respect to the subject matter hereof; provided, however, that it shall be read in conjunction with any other user agreement(s) entered into by you with regard to the Website. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to this Agreement or the Website must be commenced within six (6) months after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action shall be barred. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of Seller, and any assignment or transfer in violation of this provision shall be null and void. Seller reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of this Agreement and/or the rules and regulations set forth on the Website.
