Refund policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused select products (Excluding guitars, amps, and other gear). The customer is responsible for shipping costs on return and exchange items. Upon review and approval of the condition of the returned product, refunds or exchanges will be issued by FRET12.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

On orders outside of the United States of America, FRET12 will accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unused select products (excluding guitars, amps, and other gear). FRET12 will not refund international shipping costs in the event of a return, only the cost of the item being returned.

In the event of an international return or exchange, the customer will be responsible for the cost of any additional shipping or handling which may be required. FRET12 is not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged during return postage and strongly recommends the use of a mail service which provides international tracking and insurance.
