NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THIS PROMOTION IS VALID ONLY IN THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA. VOID OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES AND WHERE OTHERWISE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
BY ENTERING OR OTHERWISE PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT, SO PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. THIS CONTRACT REQUIRES YOU TO INDEMNIFY AND TO RELEASE ALL CLAIMS AGAINST THE PROMOTION ENTITIES (AS DEFINED BELOW). BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, YOU ARE AGREEING TO MANDATORY, BINDING ARBITRATION WITH NO CLASS RELIEF, AND TO A LIMITATION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES, INCLUDING ANY DAMAGES THAT YOU MAY RECOVER.
ELIGIBILITY:
The FRET12 x Alter Bridge PRS Guitar Sweepstakes (the "Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluded where prohibited by law) who are the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence (19 years old in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 years old in Mississippi, and 18 years old in all remaining states and the District of Columbia). Employees of FRET12 Productions LLC (the "Sponsor" and the "Administrator"), its parent companies, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, prize providers, promotion partners and internet agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, and agents (collectively, the "Promotion Entities") and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and grandparent) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements described in these Official Rules.
PROMOTION PERIOD:
The Promotion entry period begins and ends on April 26, 2026, during the Salt Shed Open House event only, held at 1357 N. Elston Ave., Chicago, IL 60642 (the "Promotion Period"). No entries will be accepted before or after the Open House on April 26, 2026. Entries are only accepted in person at the FRET12 retail shop located within the Salt Shed venue during the Open House.
HOW TO ENTER:
To receive one (1) entry, visit the FRET12 retail shop inside the Salt Shed during the Open House on April 26, 2026, and complete an entry form in person. Entries are limited to one (1) per person. No purchase of any kind is required. Entrants must be physically present at the FRET12 retail shop during the Open House to enter. Online, mail-in, or any other remote form of entry will not be accepted. Entries that are found to be incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent will be disqualified. All material submitted becomes property of Sponsor.
RANDOM DRAWING:
A random drawing to select one (1) Grand Prize winner will be conducted on or about May 6, 2026, from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The random drawing will be conducted by the Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding. Odds of being selected as a potential Grand Prize winner will depend solely on the number of eligible entries received.
POTENTIAL WINNER NOTIFICATION:
A potential winner may be announced at the Salt Shed on May 6, 2026 (concert day), subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. The potential winner will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, and Prize Acceptance Form, and where lawful, a Publicity Release, along with a copy of his/her valid photo identification, within 3 business days of attempted delivery of notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return required documents within the time specified, or is deemed ineligible or fails to comply with the Official Rules, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate may be selected from all remaining eligible entries, time permitting. Prize award is contingent on eligibility verification and completion of all required documentation.
SCAM ALERT: If you are selected as a potential winner, the Administrator, FRET12, will contact you via the phone number and/or email address you provided on your entry form. You will NEVER be asked to provide a credit card, bank information, or any payment as a condition of receiving a prize. We do not use social media to contact winners. Prize winnings may need to be reported to the IRS; any federal or state taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV"):
One (1) PRS acoustic guitar, valued at approximately $800 ("Grand Prize"). The guitar will be signed by members of Alter Bridge on or about May 6, 2026. Prize consists only of the items specifically listed. The Grand Prize must be collected in person by the winner at the FRET12 store located inside the Salt Shed, 1357 N. Elston Ave., Suite 165, Chicago, IL 60642. Sponsor and winner will mutually agree on a pickup date and time following confirmation of winner status. Sponsor will not pay for, arrange, or reimburse shipping or delivery of the prize under any circumstances. If the winner is unable to collect the prize in person and wishes to arrange shipping at their own expense, Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, assist in coordinating shipment; however, all shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the winner, and Sponsor accepts no liability for any loss, theft, delay, or damage to the prize during transit. No replacement prize will be provided in the event of loss, theft, delay, or damage during shipment. Winner assumes all risk of loss once the prize is tendered to a carrier.
Additional disclosures: Winner will be solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes and all fees and expenses related to acceptance of the prize not specified as paid by Sponsor. The value of the prize is taxable as income; if the winner is a U.S. resident, they may receive an IRS Form 1099. Any required tax reporting documentation, including IRS Form 1099-MISC, may be issued by Sponsor or an affiliated entity responsible for accounting or prize fulfillment. In the event the winner is unable to take delivery of the prize or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. The prize cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred, or redeemed for cash. Prize winner bears all risk of loss, damage, or theft to their prize once ownership is transferred. Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF ANY WARRANTIES PROVIDED BY THE MANUFACTURER AND/OR DEALER, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS PROMOTION, INCLUDING THE PRIZE, IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY BY SPONSOR OR ADMINISTRATOR OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE:
Entrants/winner agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Promotion Entities, Instagram, Facebook, and their respective affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion partners, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any claim or cause of action or liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind (including but not limited to personal injury, death, damage to property, or loss of property) arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, out of entry into or participation in the Promotion, or acceptance, receipt, use, or misuse of the prize. The Promotion Entities are not responsible if the Promotion cannot be administered as planned due to cancellations, delays, or interruptions resulting from acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, compliance with any governmental order, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control. In the event of a discrepancy between promotional materials and these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall govern.
PUBLICITY RELEASE:
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Promotion Entities and their agencies to print, publish, broadcast, and use worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed the winner's name, likeness, picture, voice, opinions, hometown, state, and biographical information for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes without further consideration, compensation, permission, or notification.
PRIVACY:
The Promotion Entities and their authorized agents will collect, use, and disclose the personal information you provide when you enter the Promotion for the purposes of administering the Promotion and prize fulfillment. By participating in this Promotion, entrant consents to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information. Information collected is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.fret12.com/policies/terms-of-service.
CHOICE OF LAW / DISPUTE RESOLUTION:
This Promotion is offered only in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without giving effect to any conflict of law rules. By entering, entrant agrees that any disagreement with the Promotion Entities arising out of or related to this Promotion will first be submitted in writing to Sponsor at the Notice Address below, and that no legal action will be taken until 10 business days after the Demand is sent. If unresolved, the dispute will be submitted to binding arbitration before the American Arbitration Association in Chicago, Illinois. Entrant and Promotion Entities each waive the right to a jury trial. No class actions or collective proceedings are permitted. Notice Address: FRET12 Productions LLC, 600 W. SEVERABILITY:
If any term or provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that specific term or provision shall be severed and have no force or effect, while the remainder of these Official Rules shall continue in full force and effect.
WINNERS LIST AND OFFICIAL RULES:
The name of the Prize winner will be posted on https://www.fret12.com/pages/alter-bridge-signed-guitar-sweepstakes-2026 on or about May 6, 2026, after the Grand Prize winner has been verified. Official Rules will be posted at https://www.fret12.com/pages/alter-bridge-signed-guitar-sweepstakes-2026.
