Kayon Mountain Farm, located in Ethiopia’s Guji Zone in the Shakiso District, is a family-owned estate established in 2012. Spanning over 500 hectares across the villages of Taro and Sewana, the farm sits at altitudes of 1,900–2,200 meters under natural forest canopy. Kayon Mountain is known for its sustainable practices, careful handpicking, and slow sun-drying, all of which bring exceptional clarity and layered complexity to the cup.
